Roadmap

Where Seat Ally is headed

This first version focuses on planning ahead of a visit. Here's what's designed next, in the order we're building it.

Why this exists. People with disabilities make up roughly 1 in 4 U.S. adults — the largest minority group — yet remain underserved at live events. Compliance isn't the same as usability: even ADA-compliant venues often bury accessibility details in vague web pages, so caregivers and disabled visitors are left guessing until they arrive.
Previewable now

In-venue route guidance

Turn-by-turn suggestions from parking to your seat — routed to avoid stairs, crowd choke points and high-noise zones, not just the shortest path. Try the concept on a venue's page now via "Preview route to seat"; live GPS-driven navigation is next.

Planned

Live crowd & noise alerts

Heads-up notifications before a loud moment (kickoff, encore, fireworks) so you can step out or prepare, instead of being caught off guard.

Planned

Community-verified accessibility

Reports from other caregivers and disabled visitors, cross-checked against venue-published policy, so listings get more trustworthy over time.

Planned

Accounts & sync

Keep your accommodation card and event history across devices, and share it securely with a co-caregiver.

Season data

Fixtures are fetched live from a sports feed each time you open a schedule, and are never stored on your device — so a new season appears on its own. Clearing is only needed if a fixture moved, or a season turned over while this page was open.

What Seat Ally counts. Anonymous moments like the app opening, a venue opened or a link out, with the venue, your device type, how you arrived, and a random ID made on your phone that's never linked to an account. Never your name, needs, tickets or location. Turn it off any time with "Anonymous usage counts" in settings. Google Analytics only runs if you tap Allow when asked.
Not affiliated. Seat Ally isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any team, league, venue, Ticketmaster, ESPN or KultureCity. Their names are used only to identify them, and no logos are used. Venue access details are written in our own words from each venue's public page, which is always linked.
Seat Ally isn't medical or legal advice and doesn't replace a venue's official accessibility office. It's a planning companion — always confirm specifics with the venue directly.
